    With a keen interest in sports from a young age, the interest in health and fitness continued through adult life and led to 5 bodybuilding competitions between 2012-2014, taking the title of Miss Physique Tasmanian INBA in 2013 and competing and placing in international competitions.

    From the stage to the gym, the passion to teach and develop other is a constant drive and motivator.

    Self-named resident DJ at Hypegym, she loves mashing up a good playlist to get the vibes high and energy right!

    Loves a Team Throwdown and any chance to workout with other members.

    A new addition to the Hype Gym team, Sammy trains her clients out of our 24/7 space.

    What motivates me: to be active and agile, setting a leading example for my kids
    Outside the gym you can find me: hanging out with friends eating delicious foods and practicing pole dancing πŸ’ƒ

    Ben’s coaching is grounded in holistic Health Performance with experience as a coach since 2014. His approach blends biomechanics-based strength and conditioning, performance psychology, stress tolerance and optimal breathing training. 

    He brings high energy and focused presence to every session, aiming to not just elevate health + performance but also deepen your connection to self.
